Shipping Charges

  • For Chennai
    • Free shipping within Chennai for all orders above Rs. 1200 through our own delivery system.
    • Shipping applied for order below Rs.1200 based on package size, weight and distance
  • Shipping Charges Tamil Nadu Excluding Chennai
    • Shipping applied based on package size, weight and distance.

*  If your location is not serviced by Parcel Service/India Post, we will contact you to cancel the order and full amount will be refunded to your account.

We take utmost care in shipping of your products. But to make all procedure smooth and easy please allow us 3-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before noon on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the very next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us


After any parcel is dispatched you will get an email containing the details related to your parcel. In case you have any question please email us at

*  If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional shipping cost to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

Pay, Pickup option
       1.  In Pay, Pickup option, the parcel will be shipped to the nearest Courier/Parcel Service Office based on pin code provided in the order.
       2.  Minimum amount of Rs.50-200 will be charged to ship the product from our( warehouse to respective Courier/Parcel Service Office based on weight.
       3.  The parcel will be shipped to Customer’s nearest Courier/Parcel Service Branch based on pin code provided in the order.
       4.  Parcel LR/Reference number will be updated in the order. This will be asked in the respective Courier/Parcel Service Office.
       5.  Actual Shipping cost will be paid by customer when collecting the order from respective Courier/Parcel Service Office.

*  Any issues arising because of Courier/Logistic Partner is not in control.  We will try to resolve the issues/problem that are under our control only. But we do not guarantee resolution for any extreme situation.
